Delivery & returns

We know what it’s like waiting for a delivery so we try our best to get all orders out as soon as possible.

We offer a a couple of different postage methods for you to choose from to get your order to you safely and as soon as possible.

We use both Royal Mail and Hermes tracked. Both services are tracked to allow us to provide the best service to you and for you to check to see where your item is.

Our delivery costs are as follows:

Standard Delivery (4-5 working days from dispatch): £2.99

Express Delivery (1-2 working days from dispatch): £3.99

Discounted Shipping

We know that shipping costs can often put people off and we try to be as fair as possible which is why we offer standard shipping for just 99p! Simply spend over £20 and get shipping for 99p.

Delivery Times

Our delivery times are base on the time from dispatch. As most of our products are personalised we make these to order so we can’t just pick them off a shelf. Each personalised product is made just for you.

We aim to dispatch all personalised orders within 5 working days. All other items we aim to dispatch within 2 working days.

We stick to these times as closely as possible and on most occasions items are dispatched and shipped faster. At peak times of year (Christmas, Valentines, National Celebrations, etc) our dispatch times can be longer due to how busy we are.

We do not include invoices in our packages and only a packing note, so you can send your gift directly to the recipient.
If you’re ordering multiple items or large items, your delivery charge may vary from the prices listed. We’ll let you know on the basket page how much your postage charges will be.
We want you to be happy with what you’ve ordered. If you’re not completely satisfied with the product(s) you’ve bought then simply return it to us at any time within 14 working days of receipt. This offer excludes personalised items.
If the non-personalised goods are returned within 7 working days of receipt then we will happily issue a full refund including postage and packing, or an exchange.
Should you return an item because of an error on our part or if it’s defective, then we’ll refund the full value of the item and your costs in returning it to us. You can contact us for a Freepost returns address.
